In the event of a broken rod we have you covered! We want to get you back on the water doing what you love as quickly as possible. Streem rods have a lifetime, no-hassle warranty. If it breaks for any reason we’ll get a replacement back into your hands as fast as we can, just pay for shipping.

We will repair or replace your Streem Rod in the event it becomes damaged or defective—at no charge to you. If we cannot repair your rod, we will replace it with a rod in perfect working order of equal or better physical condition.

How to submit a Warranty Claim:

We have Streem lined the warranty process to make it as easy and simple as possible to submit a warranty claim. We love to fish, and we know you do too, so we do everything we possibly can to keep you on the water longer. 

We use expedited handling to waste no time and for you to receive your rod back in your hands and on the water the fastest.

Follow the steps below:

1. Email support@streemoutdoors.com or use the contact section with the following details:

     1) Streem Rod Model Name (Brook, Rift, Moby)

     2) Rod Weight (3wt, 5wt, 7wt, 9wt)

     3) Rod Length

     4) Rod Section(s) (Tip Section #1, Section #2, Section #3, Handle Section #4)

     5) Tell us a brief description of what happened

     6) Email us 3 to 4 pictures:

          a) close-up photo of the damage/break

          b) Medium close-up photo of the damage from two other points of view     to give full understanding of the problem

          c) Any other angles that will help show the damage and what happened

     7) Your full name, shipping address, and phone number.

2. Please make a payment for expedited shipping cost to our PayPal account. Go to your PayPal account at www.paypal.com, then make a payment to: support@streemoutdoors.com in one of the following amounts:

Continental U.S. = $25.00

Alaska & Hawaii = $30.00

Canada & Mexico = $45.00

Rest of World = $65.00
