The Streem Rod Promise

The Streem Promise and warranty is unique. It’s not about us…it’s about you. We want to get you back on the water doing what you love. Streem rods have a lifetime, no-hassle warranty. If it breaks for any reason we’ll get a replacement back into your hands as fast as we can.

Our warranty is our handshake, our bond, to be fair to each other for full satisfaction. We create lifelong friendships.

We will repair or replace your Streem Rod in the event it becomes damaged or defective—at no charge to you. If we cannot repair your rod, we will replace it with a rod in perfect working order of equal or better physical condition. Here is how the rod warranty works:

  • Unlimited Lifetime Warranty
  • Fully transferable
  • No warranty card to fill out
  • No receipt needed

If you ever have a problem, no matter the cause, we promise to take care of you.  It’s that simple!

The Streem Promise does not cover loss, theft, deliberate damage or cosmetic damage that does not hinder the performance of the product.

All other Streem products have a 30-day replacement guarantee on manufacturer defects and come with the same enthusiasm to get you back enjoying the outdoors we love so much.

The Streem Warranty

If you fish long enough, you know the feeling.  Not all warranties are the same.  Who thought you could send in your rod, without a ticket, without a warranty card, or proof of purchase. We will repair or replace the rod FREE of charge.

How about we make it even easier and only require a few pictures! For an expedited service just snap a few pictures, pay the expedited fee(see schedule below), and within days, you rod piece arrives and you are back on the water! 

We love to fish, and we know you do too, so we do everything we possibly can to keep you on the water longer.

As part of the warranty process, we would really appreciate having you provide a detailed description telling us what happened. In your description we need to know the following:

1. Streem Model Name (Brook, Rift, Moby)

2. Rod Weight (3wt, 5wt, 7wt, 9wt)

3. Rod Section (tip section, section 2, section 3, handle section)

To get the warranty process underway, please follow one of these two methods:

Regular Handling: Please mail the entire product including the case (to keep it protected) back to us and we'll replace/repair the part(s). Please send an email notification to us at:, when your shipment is mailed.The Streem Warranty covers the product(s) and the return shipping costs to you. We look to you to ship it to us.

Expedited Handling: If you would like to cut shipping time in half, we also offer a process where you send a photo of the damaged parts and pay a processing fee. Follow all three steps below:

1. Make a payment to our PayPal account. Go to your account at, then make payment to: in one of the following amounts:

Continental U.S. = $25.00

Alaska & Hawaii = $30.00

Canada & Mexico = $40.00

Rest of World = $65.000

2. Take a minimum of three (3) photos of the damaged part(s) - all photos must be in sharp focus:

One (1) close-up photo of the damage/break (get as close as possible)

Two (2) medium-close photos of the damage from two other points of view to give a full understanding of the problem

If possible/needed, take other photos that will help show the damage and what happened

3. Please provide a return shipping address, email address, and phone number.(required)

4. Provide the detailed description of what happened to create the problem, with this information included:
