In this industry, Customer Service that surpasses Streem's can't be found anywhere! Recently Broke my 5wt Moby during my back cast throwing a much heavier streamer than I should have been. These guys had a new section at my doorsteps in under 3 days no questions asked! This outfit is top notch and goes the extra mile time and time again with consistency that is both uncommon and possibly non existent elsewhere. I fish both Sage and Reddington rods as well. Neither come close to Streem's customer service!!! I hope to see this company grow and expand their offerings because the cost to value ratio in terms of both customer service and product quality is off the charts in a very positive way. If they had more rod options, reel options, and accessories. I'd be buying them all through Streem instead of elsewhere!
I have replaced several tips, which I have broken due to my own neglect and abuse. Streem doesn’t care how reckless I have been. They have never left me hanging and process my orders super fast to get me back on the water. Huge thanks to Camron and the Streem team!

I have a 3W and 7W Rift combo and have now used both many times in multiple trips to Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming and Alaska and they have become favorites. By my own negligence I have broken two rod tips and the experience with Streem customer service has been great. I broke a rod trip on a sage rod several years ago and they sent me a blank which I then had to have finished. That was disappointing. Kudos to Streem
